At Firing Earth we try and have all occasions covered throughout the year. We always have a variety of items for you to paint for every occasion:
 

Smithbrook Kilns based charity, the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation (DSWF), teamed up with the Firing Earth Studio to launch ‘All Fired Up’ a new art competition for schools in and around Cranleigh aimed at raising awareness of the threat to endangered wildlife.
 

For Valentine`s day we have a great new range of heart plates, hanging hearts and boxes.

We have a range of gifts T-towels, bags, aprons, coasters for you to paint for Mother's Day. Why not come along to our 'Mothers Day Pamper & Paint Day'.

Over the Easter holidays we run workshops, i.e Easter silk painting cards and Easter ceramic egg boxes, egg cups, bunny plus wooden chicks & bunnies gifts.

For Father`s Day there is a range of mugs, tiles, hanker-chiefs, etc. to paint.

New for Firing Earth - a trade/craft stand at the Guilfest Music Festival in July 2010. With flower power/camper van theme ceramics, opportunities to be creative and paint and personalise T-shirts, canvas bags or have a flower power face paint!!

New for the School Summer Holidays:
Disney and the Mister Men characters are coming to Firing Earth for you to paint. A variety of Ceramics, Cinderella, Snow White, Grumpy, Lightening Mcqueen, Little Miss Sunshine, Mr Strong, Little Miss Naughty, Mr Grumpy plus many more! Please call if you would like to reserve a character and you are welcome arrive and paint dressed as any disney character !
 
We also run workshops during the Summer holidays painting and decorating items such as ice-cream dishes, cup cake boxes and dishes, ice-cream cones plus t-shirts and baseball hats. Click here for the latest details.

Halloween Specials! For the last 3 years I have held an early evening Halloween painting party for all ages. You arrive in fancy dress, pre-book your Halloween pumpkin/skull etc, enjoy Halloween music, face painting, apple bobbing and even me dressed as a scary but friendly witch!

In the run-up to Christmas we hold special events such as 'Festive Shopping Evenings' and 'Paint Your Own Silk Christmas Cards / Ceramic Gifts' workshops. Activities throughout the year!

After-School 5 weekly workshops. Ceramic, silk, canvas, casting and fabrics for ages 5 - 12 years.. 3.45p.m. - 4.45p.m. Tuesday – Thursday. For the latest details click here.

Every Tuesday morning from 18th January during term time from 10.30a.m. - 11.30a.m. A creative morning for babies and pre-school toddlers painting, gluing, sticking and play dough with a different theme each week. Includes ceramic, fabric, canvas or wooden item as well as drink, biscuit and coffee for mum! Price £6.50 includes all materials, studio fee and drinks.

Ceramic or Silk painting adult day painting workshop. £55.00 includes lunch at Bricks restaurant all your materials needed to create and learn new techniques. Classes for all abilities. 10.30a.m. - 2.30p.m. Please call to book.

Ceramic Christmas dish & Christmas decorations & Christmas silk christmas cards! 3 week workshops £45.00 includes all materials. Please call to book.
