You can find us at Smithbrook Kilns, an old kiln works set in the surrey hills countryside with a variety of businesses & unique shops. We are a bright, spaceous & colourful studio with a great choice of arts to try. We can accommodate 26 painters individually or as a group.

We glaze and fire all our ceramics at our premises so that they can be ready for you within a week of you painting, wrapped, packed and ready to go! Our silks are drawn up free hand ready to paint and we have a great choice in fabrics ,canvas and wooden products.

We have everything you need for all our different arts. Paint, brushes, aprons, stamps, stencils and lots of help and ideas if you need them. Structured classes available for all ages.

Firing Earth has an additional NEW Studio for a variety of workshops and classes including:

• Pottery, Still Life Drawing, Water Colour, Soft Furnishing classes & more.
• A variety of Artists are able to hold their own workshops in the new studio.
• We have a New Art Gallery displaying, selling & taking commissions.
• Hand painted cards, ceramics, jewellery & crafts for sale.
• Our `Paint Your Own` studio for Ceramics & Fabrics is still a very big part at Firing Earth.
• Great selection of Ceramics & Fabrics to paint.
• Children`s & Adults party packages are available.
• New Artist/Craft Fairs will be held monthly.
• New Art Society is planned.
